Caliplan D4 system of the dimensional differences in diagonals and planar control for ceramics ad marble. On the grounds of readings on the surface of the materials it can calculates:

• CALIPER SECTION: classification of the material in ten calipers, calculation of the diagonals difference, it can sense deviation from straightness, pillow and trapezium effect through video cameras.
• PLANAR SECTION: it calculates concavity, convexity, edge and diagonal curvature. It makes use of optical infrared triangulation sensors

CALIPLAN D4 is constructed to fit the tile format: its frame, which is semi-automatc adjustable, is custom built for inst any selection line or on polisher and grinder outfeeds, thus making it unnecessary for the client to modify his existing plant.
