Caliplan D4M system of the dimensional differences in diagonals and planar control for ceramics ad marble. On the grounds of readings on the surface of the materials it can calculates:

• CALIPER SECTION: classification of the material in ten calipers, calculation of the diagonals difference, it can sense deviation from straightness, pillow and trapezium effect through video cameras.
• PLANAR SECTION: it calculates concavity, convexity, edge and diagonal curvature. It makes use of optical infrared triangulation sensors

CALIPLAN D4M is constructed to fit the tile format: its frame, which is manually adjustable, is custom built for inst any selection line or on polisher and grinder outfeeds, thus making it unnecessary for the client to modify his existing plant.
